Return Policy All sales are final and cannot be cancelled after your order is confirmed by phone by a representative of Karl’s Bridal.
Due to the special order nature of our merchandise, we cannot accommodate exchanges or refunds unless a dress has a quality defect.
Do not order a gown to try it on and see if you like it. We can not re-sell a gown once it has been shipped and tried on nor can we return it to the manufacturer unless it is defective. This is the same policy of all bridal shops that we are aware of.
In addition, Karl’s Bridal is unable to cancel or make any changes or modifications to any order once it has been confirmed by phone by a representative of Karl’s.
Please be sure of the style, size, color, and any other specifications during the order confirmation process which shall be done by a Karl’s Bridal representative by phone after you place the order online.
